Rotary Cutter

The Rotary Cutter, designed by Enbridge Gas Distribution and marketed by UtilicorTM, eliminates costly and timely underground plant repairs. This tool quickly and cost-effectively cores a hole through asphalt, asphalt-concrete and reinforced concrete road systems and sidewalks to enable utility crews to vacuum excavate, and perform the necessary repairs. When the repair is complete, the hole is backfilled and the original core is reinserted into the road surface where it is permanently bonded with UtilibondTM, a special proprietary adhesive.
