Critical Task Modules

Our Critical Task Modules (CTM’s) are primarily designed to instruct individuals in the knowledge and skills necessary to perform common field O&M tasks on pipelines, including pigging, corrosion control, routine inspections, pipeline maintenance, and various electrical and mechanical tasks. Most modules are applicable to either gas or liquids systems, although certain modules are specific to one system or the other. The modules include training objectives, text and illustrations on pipeline maintenance, principles of operation, review exercises, and a final exam. All training modules are available as print or web-delivered, to be used as self-study or in combination with an instructor-led training program.
